Your DBS will have to be re-checked every three years. It is really important that DBS checks are kept up to date in order that we can provide an environment for our girls and volunteers which is as safe as possible.
If you are a Leader and receive a reminder that your DBS check is due for renewal, please contact your local verifier immediately. If your DBS is not renewed when requested, your membership will be removed and you will not be able to return to Girlguiding for three years. We don't want to lose you!
