I started my Girlguiding career in the Brownies and had my first "management experience" as Sixer of the Pixies. For the last 6 and a half years I have volunteered as unit helper for Brownies and Guides which is a lot of fun. I really like seeing and helping the girls develop and enjoy themselves.
Before my retirement, I worked in various executive roles in legal and regulatory compliance in the financial services sector for most of my career. I am looking forward to putting some of my transferrable skills gained at work to good use during my tenure as Chair of the Compliance Committee for our region.
