Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do in Girlguiding and our volunteers share an important responsibility to protect and promote the safety and wellbeing of our members. By the end of 2020 all volunteers are required to have the correct level of A Safe Space training for their role. Volunteers who do not meet this requirement by December 2020 are putting their membership at risk.
Shooting Stars Circus Skills are offering workshops throughout the Region for Rainbows, Brownies or Guides. They are happy to visit the islands, although they would need to charge more for these workshops to cover additional costs such as ferries.
Rhythmicity offer drum workshops for all ages. Their main aim is that everyone should have fun! Instruments are swapped around so there is lots of variety and participants learn to work together. Workshops can be arranged at your meeting place or even at camp and prices are negotiable.
