Strategy front cover

Over the last 11 months, the Chief Commissioner Team have shared conversations across the Region with girls, young women and volunteers to inform the new Strategy for the Region.  We are now delighted to present you with an ambitious plan reflecting on the challenges of the past few years, but with optimism and excitement as we look to a future as an organisation that truly makes a significant difference to the lives of girls and young women in the Region.

For 2022-2024 we present the key objectives which as a Region we feel are most important to achieve whilst continuing to provide support, activities and events which occur every year.  We have been inspired by our members' aspirations, have listened and reflected on the challenges faced and are positive that every member will find something in this Strategy which resonates and will help us deliver a brilliant guiding experience for all.

For the key strategic headlines, check out our social media videos on Facebook - click here - or our Strategy summary - click here.  If you want to dig a bit deeper to find out what we will be offering, then the full document can be found here.

We encourage the Region's members to look at the four strategic themes and think about your local needs in your area and what action you might want to take for each.  To support this a narrated Powerpoint video for sharing in local meetings will be available through the Counties and Islands shortly, or by contacting This email address is being protected from spambots.
